- Check and/or evaluations for desk collection agents by doing monitoring of all communications channel including but not limited to phone calls and text messages according to SOP
- Provide analytical reports for improvements desk collection agents based on checking results
- Working closely with the relevant departments in the company to settle the customer’s complaint related to the collections agents
- Investigating and reporting of complaint case on CS/AFPI-OJK
- Provide weekly and monthly report related to findings and complaints in a collection
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3)
- Min. 1 year working experience in related field
- Understand OJK regulations, code of conduct AFPI
- Required skills: monitoring, reviewing, conflict resolution, coaching
- Attention to details, creative problem solving
- Own a driver's license (SIM C)
