Quality Assurance / Lab. Technician Assistant

With Qualifications:

§  Minimumeducation diploma or bachelor degree of microbiological science, food technology,biology science or any related field

§  Havean experience as laboratory analyst in food and beverages manufactures,experience in microbiology lab will be advantage

§  Familiarwith handling lab equipment, periodic calibration, sample preparation, andsampling method.

§  Haveknowledge and familiar about GLP (good laboratory practices) and bpomregulation regarding lab tests (during production process and finished good)

§  Havea computers skill and proficient in Microsoft Suite (excel, word)

§  Detailoriented and organized

Job Responsibilities:

·        Analyze and do lab test on samples duringproduction process (microbiological test, and others)

·        Simple daily maintenance, calibration, andcleaning of lab equipment

·        Fill the report and form for every labtest

·        Organize externals lab test for newproduct samples (if needed), trial, and water samples

·        Help to Organize QC retain samples forproducts monitoring
