Job Description Summary : 

Responsible for QA and accuracy, and updated analysis in laboratory

Job Description : 

• Ensuring that the analysis methods used in the laboratory are valid and up-to-date, and that the available analysis work instructions (WI) are the most current.
• Implementing Quality Assurance programs for testing results according to procedures and reviewing the outcomes of these programs.
• Ensuring that chemicals and equipment used for analysis in the laboratory are appropriate, meet standards, and are readily available.
• Controlling the calibration schedule of equipment used for analysis in the laboratory and following up on calibration results.
• Coordinating with the QA Section Head to validate or verify methods.
• Verifying existing analysis work instructions to ensure they align with current developments and references.
• Controlling the schedule for checking the equipment used for analysis in the laboratory.
• Transferring knowledge on how to analyze new parameters to the QC team.
• Adhering to safety regulations in accordance with applicable policies.
• Implementing quality management and food safety systems (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001), feed safety (GMP+ Feed Safety Assurance Scheme), sustainable systems (e.g., ISCC, RSPO), Halal assurance system, and laboratory quality management system (ISO 17025:2017).
• Implementing the LK3 SMART D_Safe system (SMK3 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System), ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Job Requirement : 

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Enginerring, Pharmacy, or other relevant fields.
• At least 1 year of experience working as Quality Assurance.
• Required skills: ISO 17025 
• Willing to be placed in Lampung.
