Responsibilities
- Analyst, develop, implement, and manage audit (internal & external) processes to ensure that products meet the required specifications for quality, function, and reliability before quality issues
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products, and improvement plans for quality issues
- Maintains output of process audit, and survey using analysis and statistic tools to make quality improvement decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor degree form Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or other relevant major
- Minimum 3 years experience as a QA Supervisor in Meat or Seafood Processing or manufacturer
- Good understanding and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000 and FSSC, HSE, and Halal Assurance System
- Experienced in auditing of food safety & quality system
- Must be ready to travelling between Plant Cibitung and Cimahi as if needed
