Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business administration, accounting, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years full time experience in a Revenue Administration / Quality Control / similar role in Gym/Fitness industry, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience of more than 2 admin staff.
  • Proficient in using customer / membership management software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial data.

Job Description:

  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of revenue administrators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Delegate tasks, set goals, and ensure the team meets targets for revenue collection, membership management, and financial reporting.
  • Membership Management: Oversee and manage member accounts, ensuring accurate billing, membership renewals, cancellations, and account modifications. Handle escalated member inquiries and issues related to billing, payments, and membership details. Create Program in the System.
  • Finance Operations: Manage the Bank's Recurring process schedule and ensure that the bank's Recurring runs well. Ensure adherence to financial procedures and policies, overseeing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Collaborate with the Finance department to manage revenue reporting, financial documentation, and audits.
  • Administrative and Reporting: Supervise administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and report generation related to revenue, memberships, and financial performance. Generate Sales and Recurring Bank administration and analyze reports on revenue performance, membership statistics, and financial trends for management review.
  • Customer Service and Collaboration: Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring prompt resolution of member concerns and inquiries regarding financial matters. Collaborate with various departments, to ensure a seamless member experience concerning payments and memberships
