Quality Control Analyst - Microbiology

Key Responsibility :

• Product Specification - Monitoring and controlling raw materials / semi finished / finished goods / water treatment according to Product Specification FFI, responsible for all analyzes done in micro laboratories.
• Shift Report - Makes a shifty report about the results of the analysis and deviation occurring in the micro laboratory and gives it to his superiors.
• Analyze - Analyze and control the result against raw material / semi finished / finished goods and able to perform quick method analysis using instrument.
• Documentation - Ensuring that all analysis results are written in the analysis book, all deviations are well communicated and ensuring all analysis results are inputted in the ORS on time.
• Communications - Communicate to relevant departments regarding problematic analysis results as soon as possible so that corrective action can be done and inform the boss if there is a problematic production analysis result on the spot.
• Hygiene / Safety - Maintain worker hygiene and safety in the work area, understand personnel hygiene & safety in the work area (use PPE when to factory, change clothes when entering high care area.), and keep the work area clean.
• Quality Management - Implementing the system has been established by companies such as GMP, ISO 17025, ISO 9001 (quality management), FOQUS FSQ, and FSSC 22000 (food safety) relevant to their work.
• Teamwork- Able to work with the team work so that all analysis should be done on his shift able to be resolved properly.
• Safety Health Management (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & FOQUS SHE), Grow awareness of aspects of occupational safety such as LSR, use of PPE, hazard factors present in the workplace, correct and safe ways and attitudes, Implement the system of LSR, SHRA, ERA applicable in work area, and others referring to SHE training matrix, Reporting the incident "Near Miss" to the related party (superiors)

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Biology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microbiology, Bio Chemistry, Biology.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Frisian Flag Indonesia Head Office - Pasar Rebo.
