Quality Control Preventive Maintenance Camp & General Facilities

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for ensuring the job activities are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of Preventive Maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment
• To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;
• Understand & enforces work rules, policies & procedure consistently & fairly
• Good knowledge about industry products and processes
• Inspect job work done to ensure that they meet quality standard
• Ensure all the job work done meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
• Communicate the results of inspections and put forward preventive suggestions
• Maintain and administer disciplinary procedure fairly, consistently, correctly and when necessary per maintenance rules and policies.
• Maintains consistent standard safety, quality, conduct and productivity: responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all maintenance systems installed or maintained by the company; Conduct Quality Control inspections of all maintenance systems installed or maintained; Ensure that all maintenance systems comply with relevant codes and standards, including local, state, and federal regulations; Work closely with the F&S Dept's maintenance and construction teams to ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest quality standards; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, including inspection reports, work orders, and maintenance records; Communicate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all mechanical plumbing work is completed to company standards and on schedule.
• Effectively communicates complete and correct safety interaction to crew; Ensures safety rules and regulation are followed at all times
• Plans for necessary manpower, materials and equipment necessary for work to be performed.
• Organizes and plans work efficiently and completes work within or ahead of schedule with minimal rework.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary degree qualification in engineering or related field;
• Have 7 years of related experience as a Specialist QC – Preventive Maintenance Works in the mining industry; Has an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary;
• Proven experience as a Quality Control inspector in the same industry preferred;
• Good knowledge about industry products and processes;
• Have substantial experience in the Domestic, light industrial construction industry and in particular facility maintenance; Must have Project infrastructure knowledge on building (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping / Plumbing, Carpentary, Painting); Ability to read & analyze Architectural/MEP/Structural drawings is required;
• Familiar with Project management plan & system in Mining Infrastructure activity; have working knowledge in Infrastructure principles, design concepts & operations, and awareness of operation regulatory; familiar with application of ISO 9001; has experience as Internal Auditor; be able to provide reporting; 
• Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
