1. Raw materials green beans inspection & evaluation according to SOP (Visual & weight check, and using appropriate tools to check on density, moisture and water activity).
2. Monitor & record roasting log parameters according to the roasting profile set, ensuring every production roasts are within the acceptable parameters. Also ensuring the machine setting are correct within the parameters set.
3. Conduct cupping session for all samples roast and production roast available.
4. Maintain the flavors consistency on production roast for every blend components and post blend.
5. Inspect every batch of finished goods (roasted beans) before packaging to ensure no defects.
6. Ensure product information labels (roast date, green bean code, roaster & machine codes) are correct on both packaging materials are correct.
7. Ensure work areas, equipment and tools that are used for QC are within the hygienic standard.
