Job Descriptions:
- Monitoring incoming RM / PM inspections and ensuring they meet established standards (supported by incoming employees)
- Supervise the mixing process and provide premix status before transferring it to storage for further processing (supported by Semifinish Employees)
- Supervise the filling and packing process and provide a good finish release status (supported by employees)
- Control and check the completeness of Job Mixing
- Issuing an NCR if there are incoming, mixed results or products that do not meet the specified specifications and carrying out problem solving on the root cause of the problem
- Control and calibrate all lab equipment used and be responsible for the calibration results
- Carry out the ordering process and control stock of reagents in all laboratories at the Gresik Plant
- Responsible for the availability of incoming standards and products and ensuring they are always up to date
- Conduct daily and monthly reports for all quality inspection activities carried out at the Gresik Plant to the QC Manager
- Responsible for the work results of employees under him
- Implementing 5R and K3 programs
- Ensure ISO documents are documented
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) - Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, with Minimum GPA 3.00
- Experience working as a Lab Analyst or Quality Control in the FMCG Industry, especially Personal Care and Cosmetics
- Have knowledge of CPKB and PKRT
- Enjoys working in the field and in the lab
- Able to operate instruments or lab tools
- Mastering Ms. Office, email, cloud-based files and SAP
- Have good communication skills, and able to coordinate systematically with the team
- Creative, thorough, honest, disciplined and responsible
- Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday
- Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am
- Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm
- Work Placement in Gresik, East Surabaya
- Preferably job applicants with domicile in Gresik, East Java and surrounding areas (East Java Area)
