Quality Inspector

Job Purpose

• Ensure the product that being produce in production line are meet the standard. 
• Ensure the raw material that received are meet the standard. 
• Ensure all products deliver to customer are meet standard.
   

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test the raw material reception
• Ensure and prepare all measurement tools that being use operator are calibrated and good condition
• Ensure and prepare all supporting document for quality activity in production line (e.g. standard, SOP and from) are valid and available in the production line
• Perform product measurement and testing as per QAP
• Ensure production operator QC daily report monitoring are fulfilled
• Complete daily report including analysis and feedback
• Upload inspection results in to SAP
• Handling product nonconformity
• Coordination with production team to guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree from Chemical/Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Profound Knowledge on Quality Control Standards
• 1 - 2 years' experience in pipe/plastic/chemical/petrochemical industry
