Responsibilties :
1. Responsible for internal audit and ensure internal quality, food safety and halal management system comply with standard and regulation
2. Responsible for internal training program related to quality, food safety and halal management system
3. Responsible for supplier audit program, and ensure materials supplied from suppliers comply with related standard and regulation
4. Responsible for regulatory and external audit matters, as well as rectification plan and related informations
5. Responsible for customer handling complaint and distributor issue
Requirement:
- Diploma, Bachelor Degree of Food Technology, Chemical, or equivalent
- at least 2 years experience as Quality Internal Auditor
- Knowledge of food safety standards, FSSC 22000, Halal, GMP, OPRP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 19011:2018 etc.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
