Quality Management System Senior Staff

Responsibility:

• Ensuring that the strategy implemented by the company is in accordance with the established strategy.
• Ensuring the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 1400, 1SO 45001) runs well.
• Responsible for the registration and distribution of documents properly (Procedures, Regulations, and Work Instructions)
• Planning an internal audit implementation schedule related to IMS.
• Conduct audits to ensure IMS implementation is in accordance with standards.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure agreed strategies and quality, Safety, and environmental standards are implemented.
• Prepare documents, procedures, and other related requirements for ISO 9001 ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification
• Responsible for internal and external training, Starting from scheduling, coordinating to implementing.

Qualification:

• Maximum age 35 years old.
• Minimal Bachelor's Degree from a major in Environmental Engineering (More preferred).
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field
• Understand and implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001,& ISO 45001.
• Have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certificate
• Understand and master of Quality Management system (QMS), Safety Management System and Environment Management System (EMS)
• Have a strong leadership skill
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and decisive
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
