General Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor, Industrial Engineering from reputable University.
- At least 3 years of experience in SHEQ field
- Fluency in English, both oral & written
- Proficient in using computers (Excel, PPT & Word)
- Familiar with internal & external audit processes
- Knowledge in Quality, Planning & Inventory will be an advantage
- Certified of AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum)
- Understand 7 QC tools,
- Understand ISO 9001 : 2015
- Willing to work hard and highly motivated
- Be able to work under pressure
- Experienced in Warehousing companies is an added value
- Willing to work outside the area (MM2100)
Responsible:
- Coordinate across departments regarding SHEQ & Improvement
- Create and, or revise SOP, Work Instructions, Forms, OPL
- Ensure work processes comply with applicable regulations
- Support the implementation of Internal & External Audits
- Respond to every abnormality or incident and carry out investigations and preventive actions to prevent incidents similar will not be repeated
- Conduct internal training & socialization
