Uraian Tugas

General Requirements:

  1. Maximum 35 years old
  2. Diploma / Bachelor, Industrial Engineering from reputable University.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in SHEQ field
  4. Fluency in English, both oral & written
  5. Proficient in using computers (Excel, PPT & Word)
  6. Familiar with internal & external audit processes 
  7. Knowledge in Quality, Planning & Inventory will be an advantage
  8. Certified of AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum)
  9. Understand 7 QC tools,
  10. Understand ISO 9001 : 2015
  11. Willing to work hard and highly motivated
  12. Be able to work under pressure
  13. Experienced in Warehousing companies is an added value
  14. Willing to work outside the area (MM2100)

Responsible:

  • Coordinate across departments regarding SHEQ & Improvement
  • Create and, or revise SOP, Work Instructions, Forms, OPL
  • Ensure work processes comply with applicable regulations
  • Support the implementation of Internal & External Audits
  • Respond to every abnormality or incident and carry out investigations and preventive actions to prevent incidents similar will not be repeated
  • Conduct internal training & socialization
