Job Qualifications  :

1. Male/female age max. 30 years old
2. Education preferably Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science (Biologycal, chemical, etc)
3. Understand CPAKB
4. Experience min. 1 year, new graduates are welcome
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Description

1.  Handle the creation and management of deviation reports and register deviation reports on the deviation report logsheets
2. Handle the finalization of Quality System document and validation by ensuring implementation is carried out in accordance with applicable proceduress
3. Distribute documents that are already valid and updated and withdraw previously revised documents from each Departments
4. Create and monitor logsheets for document review scheduless
5. Create and monitor logsheets to create an updated master list of the quality management system.
6. Handle document storage in the document storage room/place according to applicable procedures.

Handle the destruction of documents that are no longer valid in accordance with applicable procedures.
