Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
• Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in project cost management and successful completions.
• Expertise in construction materials, cost estimation, and proficiency in quantity surveying software.
• Willing to be Placed at Palembang Indah Mall

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of quantity surveying activities throughout project lifecycles, ensuring accurate cost estimations and effective budget management.
• Adjust project plans and cost estimates as needed to align with evolving project requirements and client expectations.
• Manage, supervise, and support the quantity surveying team members, fostering an environment conducive to their professional growth and development.
• Utilize advanced quantity surveying software and tools to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach, focusing on results and maintaining open communication channels with project stakeholders.
