• Minimum education D3 majoring in Culinary Art, or Hospitality, or Nutrition
or Food Technology.
• Must have basic baking knowledge, basic lab analysis, product
development, and statistics.
• Must have minimum training in Hotel Basic Safety or Food Safety.
• Must have minimum 2 years' experience as technical advisor in food
industry or Chef de Partie for 3 years (plus score).
• Computer literate.
• Must have good command in English.
• Problem solving, active listening, critical thinking.
• Communicate to others to convey information effectively.
• Willing to be placed in MM2100, Cibitung.
