R&D Chemist - Researcher

Responsibilities :

1. Organizational responsibilities :

Responsible to the R&D Manager.

2. Technical responsibility :

• Supervising the development of special chemicals with the main applications being agrochemicals.
• Responsible for providing products that meet all technical requirements specified by the customer.
• Responsible for trial and complaint handling at the customer. 
• Monitoring of new products in production.
• Reporting and analysis of all activities that are the scope of responsibility. 

3. Environmental & K-3 responsibility :

All activities within the scope of responsibility must consider environmental and K3 factors.

Requirements :

1. S-1, Chemistry (S-2  is preferred).
2. Experience in special chemicals, especially for agrochemical applications.
3. Chemical synthesis experience in R&D for 5 years.
4. Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.
5. Applicant must be willing to work in Merak–Banten.
6. Full-time position(s) available.
