Real Estate Project Director

We are Company that have business as Developer for Housing and now we are open for Position for Real Estate Project Director with Job requirements as below:

1. Graduate from University
2. Fluent in English Both spoken and written ( English is a must, Mandarin is advantage)
3. More than two years of on-site management experience in Real Estate sales;
4. Familiar with various operational processes in the Real Estate sales process, and familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and policies in the Real Estate industry;
5. 2- With independent experience in operating three or more Real Estate cases, possessing strong sales on-site management experience;
6. Familiar with market trends and operational models, with independent market analysis, planning, team management, communication and coordination, and business training abilities; 5 can withstand significant work pressure!

Work location:
Jakarta, Indonesia and Kuala Lumpur, Bandang Province, Malaysia

SALARY : Negotiable when interview
