Receptionist

Job Description:

• Receive and connect incoming calls to each division
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive
• Recap data on documents or packages sent to suppliers and customers.
• Filing receipts & sample documents
• Support HR Division with recruitment invitation 
• Other duties that directed by User

Qualification:

• Minimal Diploma Degree with related major
• Having experience minimal 2 years as Receptionist
• Good in English for professional conversation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Willing to be placed in Techno Park, BSD, South Tangerang
• Could join ASAP
