Company Overview : 

Rip Curl School of Surf is seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for walk in guest , our students and club member, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities : 

1. Welcoming the guests walk in or our students with friendly smiles

2. Guests registration and payment handling cash , card or other payment system 

3. Answering phone calls ( enquiries or Booking ) and Email

4. Maintain all comunication between staff members , Club members and our students run smooth. 

5. Work with instructors team to ensure all booking and classes handled by the time ( Surf Lesson depend on tide chart ) 

6. Closing report ( all payments and registration) 

Requirement : 

1. Fresh Graduate welcome 

2. Middle - Advance English 

3. Willing to work in 3 different location rolling shift ( Sanur , Legian , Kuta ) 

4. Willing to try our products ( Surfing , Stand up Paddles , etc ) is a plus point

5. Computer skills ( Google Work Space , Microsoft , emails )
