About the Role
It's said that a company is only as great as the people who embody the mission of the organization. As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Recruiting wheel of our GoTo Group. Driving the teams and recruiting strategy for our Tech and Non Tech teams, you'll network on/offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and reduce our time-to-hire, act as a strategic advisor on hiring decisions, and ensure the team is working efficiently.

What You Will Do

    • Mentor and develop a team of talented recruiters with a focus on personal and career development
    • Effectively utilize data to identify recruitment trends, results, and inefficiencies in team and individual processes
    • Develop effective sourcing strategies and provide consultative services to achieve recruitment goals
    • Establish and integrate recruiting processes & best practices within the group
    • Be a trusted advisor for business leaders; effectively pitch improvement plans for internal organization structures and proactively set expectations and take corrective actions with business leaders
    • Partner closely with our Leadership team and Corporate stakeholders to build Employer Branding strategies that support our high growth, high performing organization
    • Identify recruiting trends/patterns and work with the Compensation & Benefits team to incorporate them into GoTo's Group recruiting strategy
    • Suggest system-wide process improvements while maintaining a guiding hand on the Recruiting team on the best approach to close candidates

What You Will Need

    • At least 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years of managing a recruitment team
    • Ability to anticipate organizational problems, changes and needs, and provide recommendations to stakeholders based on market intelligence to make data-driven decisions
    • Deep understanding of recruiting trends and best practices; demonstrable market awareness with the ability to navigate ambiguity when dealing with minimal information
    • Experience building meaningful partnerships with leaders throughout the businesses you've supported
    • An understanding of talent distribution and related strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline; ability to creatively identify new solutions to unlock pipeline blockers and ensure efficiency
About the Team
Our Talent Acquisition team is a big family of over 50 recruiters stationed in Indonesia, India, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The gist of our role is to be a strategic recruiting partner in acquiring exceptional talent to further scale GoTo. We source and hire world-class technical minds who will build the business by solving everyday problems with technology.

So, we divide and conquer with our corresponding teams around the region ️, and join forces with the Employer Branding team to ensure we offer an exceptional interview experience for all of our candidates.
