- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology (with a minimum GPA of 3,45)
- Min 32 - 40 years old
- At least 4 years of Recruitment and Assessment experience in the related Telecommunication Industry & Corporate Tbk, preferably in a managerial role
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview, and offer negotiation
- Experience managing the end-to-end assessment center process for all the company's business units and giving recommendations to related departments, preferably certified as an Assessment Center Assessor
- Strong knowledge & Skills, especially in Human Resources Strategic
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Applications
