As an assistant recruitment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring process.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates on their application status.
Requirements:
- Have experience 1 year in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with recruitment software/tools is a plus.
Working Hours : Monday-Friday
