Recruitment Consultant (Batam)

Role and Responsibilities

• Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, shortlisted the best candidates for clients’ criteria
• Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information
• Complete and update candidate’s database regularly
• Coordinate with User for scheduling proses of interview and test
• Prepare internal and external job advertisement, web posting, and other materials
• Manage collection, payment, promote for upselling & cross selling
• Managing administration process, office event, webinars, etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Currently domicile in Batam
• Proven at least 2-year experiences as recruiter, preferably from headhunter
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Excellent in English skills, verbal and written
• Mastering Microsoft Office & technology-based platform
• Master the psychological test
• Able to work in a fast-moving, challenging, and multi-tasking environment
• Have a pleasant personality and good interpersonal and relationship building skill
• Target oriented person
• Excel in presentation skill
• Creative and highly initiative for business development
