Role and Responsibilities
- Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, shortlisted the best candidates for clients’ criteria
- Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information
- Complete and update candidate’s database regularly
- Coordinate with User for scheduling proses of interview and test
- Prepare internal and external job advertisement, web posting, and other materials
- Manage collection, payment, promote for upselling & cross selling
- Managing administration process, office event, webinars, etc.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Currently domicile in Batam
- Proven at least 2-year experiences as recruiter, preferably from headhunter
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
- Excellent in English skills, verbal and written
- Mastering Microsoft Office & technology-based platform
- Master the psychological test
- Able to work in a fast-moving, challenging, and multi-tasking environment
- Have a pleasant personality and good interpersonal and relationship building skill
- Target oriented person
- Excel in presentation skill
- Creative and highly initiative for business development
