Recruitment Consultant (Engineering/Construction)

Responsibilities

• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients, or business leads generated
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Act as an ambassador for the office and the company, maintaining high levels of customer service to all candidates and clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience (more than 4 years) as a 360 recruiter, HR consultant, or similar position with rich exposure to client acquisition skills
• Experienced in recruiting people for various roles in Engineering/Construction industry
• Confidently and comfortably speaking and writing in English
• Demonstrate a highly competitive nature, resilience, and self-driven
