Job Description:
As a Freelance Recruitment Consultant at ENGIO, you will play a vital role in connecting our clients with the best talent and helping candidates advance their careers. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting candidates for a variety of roles within your specified industry or niche.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and screening to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network in your niche.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills and qualifications.
- Create and maintain candidate profiles and records.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their business and staffing requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in recruitment practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Engio and uphold our values and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within your specified industry or niche.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
