Job Description:
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to drive performance and ensure meeting sales and KPI targets
• Drive business development and sales activities to connect with new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients
• Work closely with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative advice to staffing & hiring solutions
• Understand job seekers expectations and client's job requirements to effectively place the right talent for the job
• Manage the full recruitment cycle between clients and candidates
Requirement:
• Experience as a Recruiting Manager in leading a team of Recruitment with good recruiting methodology and managing tactics.
• Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
• Strong Client Management and Acquisition
• Knowledge of the local labour laws
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
• Understand the needs of recruitment software and adhere to standard professional methodologies in the market
Essential:
• Proven Good Closing Techniques with good records, ability to cascade recruitment methodology to the team
• Knowledge of social media and professional networks
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
