Uraian Tugas

Job Description:

  • Sourcing and reaching out potential and qualified candidates for current open roles 
  • Do the end – to – end hiring process (from sourcing to offering)
  • Reporting the progress of recruitment on weekly and monthly basis 
  • Build network with potential hires such as job platforms (online and offline), professional groups on social media, any recruitment events, also manage partnership with university and school.
  • Research and gather insights on the talent market to find relevant audiences for the company
  • Developing and contributing ideas on engagement programs to attract potential new hires
  • Create content and design with the purpose of manage social media pages of the company

Job Requirement:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course 
  • Having around 1-2 years experiences in Recruitment / Employee Branding / Talent Acquisition 
  • Have experiences to handle and manage relationship between university or school is an advantage
  • Have a skill to use design creation tools 
  • Have a good communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to multitask and result – oriented 
  • Excellent problem – solving skills
  • Dynamic, creative, tough and fast learner
