Job Description:
- Sourcing and reaching out potential and qualified candidates for current open roles
- Do the end – to – end hiring process (from sourcing to offering)
- Reporting the progress of recruitment on weekly and monthly basis
- Build network with potential hires such as job platforms (online and offline), professional groups on social media, any recruitment events, also manage partnership with university and school.
- Research and gather insights on the talent market to find relevant audiences for the company
- Developing and contributing ideas on engagement programs to attract potential new hires
- Create content and design with the purpose of manage social media pages of the company
Job Requirement:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
- Having around 1-2 years experiences in Recruitment / Employee Branding / Talent Acquisition
- Have experiences to handle and manage relationship between university or school is an advantage
- Have a skill to use design creation tools
- Have a good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and result – oriented
- Excellent problem – solving skills
- Dynamic, creative, tough and fast learner
