About the Opportunity

As a Recruitment Executive for Discova’s human resources department, you will work closely with the Global Recruitment Leader to find exceptional, likeminded people to join our diverse staff. Together with your leader, you will seek out passionate individuals who excel professionally and enhance our business and company culture. You will play a critical role in the implementation of strategy and initiatives to achieve team goals, and positively impact the time to hire and retention of our people.

About you

The Essentials:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in direct sourcing, ideally a combination of staffing and corporate/in-house.
• Experience in recruitment agencies is desirable.
• HR degree/qualification in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, or relevant experience.
• Understanding of the candidate market, HR policy, procedures & practice across local region is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and local language.

• Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (candidates, suppliers, team members, leaders) with a customer (candidate) centric attitude.
• Strategic, creative, purposeful business thinking, maintaining a strong focus on execution while managing multiple issues and projects.
• Able to remain agile and calm under pressure and able to work outside office hours when required.
• Able to work independently and within a team, assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
• Willing to travel on business when required.
