RESPONSIBILITIES :
- End to end recruitment process
- Supervise the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
- Develop key recruitment metrics to identify and solve issues affecting recruiting processes and keep on track of recruiting metrics
- Work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes
- Maintain communication with user to understand the needs and update the progress
- Create ideally candidate profiles based on company cultures, need and user requirements to perform excellent in their roles
- Identifying prospective job candidates using a variety of channels, including: job boards, social media, and referrals
QUALIFICATION :
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager at least 6 [six] years for infrastructure industry or mining industry
- At least 10 [ten] years of working experience in Civil infrastructure industry, specialty in road.
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Required skill[s] of selection, recruitment, having pool talent in infrastructure development in civil construction or mining
- Having knowledge of Psychological tools skills & physical mental skill assessment
- Having infrastructure's and mining candidate's database
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and target oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manager time efficiently
- Willing to travel when required to the site
