JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sourcing potential candidates from various offline or online channels
- Conducting interviews with the team
- Screening CV and application forms
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team & user to identify future hiring needs.
- Handling administration and supporting documentation
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees
- Supporting Employer Branding Action
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources / Psychology / Agriculture or related field.
- At least 1 Year of working experience as recruiter or equivalent for this position, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database.
- Ambitious and target-oriented person.
- Have good analytical skill, good communicating person, humble, and detail-oriented person.
- Actively in English min. conversation level (TOEFL/ TOEIC/ IELTS will be a plus).
- Holding driving license SIM A will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel domestic and overseas.
- Ready to work on weekend or public holiday if needed.
- Ready to work at Purwakarta
