Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Recruitment Staff in Mining Company
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excell, all process Recruitment end to end (Vacancy posting, Screening, Interview, Reporting, Human Resource administration)
• Good communication skills, Agile, Fast Learning and able to adapt with new environment.
• Provide administrative support to managers and management;
• In charge of employees’ record and profile by maintaining past and current historical records and responsible for retrieval system;
• Review and update HR / Admin procedures and policies;
• Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and target oriented
