Responsibilities:
- Communicating with hiring managers and user to identify human resources requirements needed
- Posting job descriptions and requirements to relevant media platforms
- Screening applicants appropriated with the requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
- Presenting the resumes of shortlisted applicants to the hiring manager and users
- Conducting psychologycal test for the chosen applicants
- Ensuring all of chosen applicants document is completed appropriated with the company rules
- Maintain on boarding process for new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
- The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
- Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
- Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
- Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses
