Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process to achieve the target of employee’s join date (starting from pre-screening, providing candidate’s resume to User, scheduling an interview with the user, candidates interview, arranging the psychological test & MCU, preparing to offer letter & agreement for candidates)- Provide solutions for the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process in the company- Able to handle the mass recruitment process- Other tasks regarding recruitment as assigned Job Requirement
・Min. Senior Staff level and has experience in handling the mass recruitment process for 2-3 years・Achievement of on-time recruitment in the previous project/ company・Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) ・Arrangement of schedule and meetings for the expat user・Good time management
