Role : Drive growth, service excellence, and compliance across territory Centers. Lead teams, manage operations, and drive promotions.
Responsibilities :
Business Growth : Meet sales targets, devise growth plans, and report anomalies.
Operations : Ensure compliance, manage licenses, and oversee equipment.
Customer Focus : Foster exceptional service culture, and understand market dynamics.
Innovation : Improve sales, reduce costs, manage shrinkage with HQ.
Collaboration : Coordinate with HQ, and build local relationships.
Personnel Management : Lead, coach, and communicate with Center Managers.
Marketing : Plan, execute, and analyze promotions, and enhance market share.

Qualifications :
Having retail / FMCF / F&B or hospitality background
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
