About the job
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and entrepreneurial Country/Region Marketing Leader in gaming/social networking industry. The Leader will be responsible for leading a team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and lead the strategic direction in Indonesia or in SEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies and brand campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end program launches, ensuring smooth collaboration among all stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams to facilitate and manage marketing initiatives.
- Manage the development of marketing collateral and continuously evaluate its effectiveness for ongoing improvement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize marketing efforts.
- Owning the monthly and quarterly campaign calendars in consultation with the commercial team to deliver the revenue and profitability targets
- Providing direction on campaign strategies such as positioning and messaging to ensure promotional campaigns achieve top and bottom-line targets.
- Foster a entrepreneurial and collaborative work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Lead marketing team to achieve business goals and train team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing and communication experience in gaming/social networking/IT industry in Indonesia or SEA, and 3+ years of business leader role in country level or region level;
- Proven successful business outcomes and solid track record of developing, executing, and managing effective integrated marketing campaigns;
- A strong businses leader but also inspired people manager, excellence in project management, time management, and people management skills;
- Strong data analytics and insights for business analysis and strategy;
- English and Bahasa will be required
Preferred
- Experience in crafting multi-channel brand communication and marketing strategies with hands-on experience in campaign direction and management
- Flair and passion for great story-telling that combines creativity with data
- Ability to balance brand purpose with performance marketing
- Track record of managing and motivating a team to set and exceed growth targets
- Strong workflow management skills to create processes and systems that improve efficiencies within an organization
- Sharp business acumen to prioritize initiatives for maximum impact
- Skillful communicator in spoken and written English or Chinese who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
