Job Description

MAJOR FUNCTION AND REPORTING

As the Regional Marketing Manager at Swiss-Belhotel International, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and market share within the designated region (Australia, New Zealand, Central Asia). You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of both digital and conventional marketing initiatives. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute regional and hotel-level marketing strategies aligned with the overall company objectives.
  • Manage multi-property marketing needs and follow-through with their individual action plans as per set KPIs.
  • Ensure the branding is on spot at each property and at the regional office
  • Manage the digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Manage the hotels’ online presence, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand image across all digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, radio, TV, and outdoor advertising, where appropriate.
  • With the GMs and Regional identify target customer segments and market trends to tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, exhibitions and awards to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with General Managers, Regional Executives and Group Marketing & Communications Department to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage the Regional Marketing budget, allocating resources effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to optimize budget utilization.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing key performance indicators, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Use research findings to adapt marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Visit properties as per requirement - for branding, marketing especially in take-over and openings.
  • Identify and establish partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that enhance the hotel's brand presence in the region
  • Maintain media & influencers relations
  • Create regular blog ideas
  • Manage and execute Public Relation regional needs in collaboration with Group Marcom Department
Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (5 years) in hotel Marketing Managerial roles in an International chain, with a focus on both digital and conventional marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, social media, and content management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Attention to detail and able to deal with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Business writing skills
