Requirement :
- Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in sales management more than 5 years
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Government or business services industry experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of providing strong professional references – customer, superior, peer, and direct-report
- Ability to be on call, receiving calls from carriers, clients, prospects, and sales associates 24/7/365
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

Job Description :
- Work directly with Sales Team and Leaders to identify business opportunities Provide support on sales calls when needed, pertaining to global moves and shipments
- Responsible for communicating updates, progress, and issues to executive leadership
- Monitor sales reports, take appropriate action, and communicate market trends
- Assist in establishing and developing carrier and vendor relationships to grow our Freight Forwarding services
- Meet with customers who have air, ocean, and/or customs opportunity virtually or in-person to implement value added international solutions
- Attend trade shows as appropriate
- Gain company revenue trough individual account
- Presenting to internal and external audiences to help grow large accounts
- Have a good relations with Stakeholders
- Maintain and develop new strategies to grow accounts
