We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities in the Sumatera region, with a primary placement in Bandung.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Sumatera region.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the overall business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Sumatera region.
- Knowledge of the industry manufacture and PVC market and trends.
