Regional Sales Promotion Manager

Qualification :

• At least bachelor degree in any major (Preferable from Management, Marketing or related)
• Having 3 years experience as Regional Sales Manager or 5 years as Area Sales Promotion Manager in FMCG Industry or Stationery Business
• Having strong database in General Trade or Modern Market
• Able to Develop channel sales strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Able Mandarin is point plus
• Handle for area Sumatera and Jabodetabek 
• Placement in  Central Jakarta

Job Description :

• Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned.
• Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
• Track & report activities of competitors.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet their sales goals & Set clear sales targets and quotas for individual team members (Area sales manager, SPV and SE team)
• Building strong relationships with key accounts
• Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
