Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries.
- Validation of Customer Data and Document Deduplication Checking
- Validation of Customer Data and Document Contract Registration
- Update Customer Data in the System
- Developing and maintaining accurate files.
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools & applications for customer management and servicing.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably one year’s exp / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Min. Diploma degree and above.
- Maximum Age 30 Years
- Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking
- Working knowledge of MS Office, fast typing speed.
- A good team player with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
- Good communication skills, high integrity, and fast learner.
- Not Colour Blind.
- Available to join immediately.
