Uraian Tugas

Job Description

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 

  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries.          
  • Validation of Customer Data and Document Deduplication Checking
  • Validation of Customer Data and Document Contract Registration
  • Update Customer Data in the System
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files. 
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Utilize various Concentrix and client-based tools & applications for customer management and servicing.

Candidate Profile 

  • Preferably one year’s exp / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Min. Diploma degree and above.
  • Maximum Age 30 Years 
  • Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail, logical thinking 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, fast typing speed.
  • A good team player with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
  • Good communication skills, high integrity, and fast learner.
  • Not Colour Blind.
  • Available to join immediately.
