Job Description:

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for ensuring our products comply with all relevant government regulations and requirements in Indonesia. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Registering new and existing products in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Coordinating the Regulatory Affairs team in preparing registration documents.
• Coordinating and communicating with principals regarding document requirements and registration preparation.
• Monitoring changes in regulations related to the FMCG industry and providing appropriate recommendations to management.
• Identifying and evaluating risks associated with applicable regulations.
• Ensuring all products meet the quality and safety standards set by the relevant authorities.
• Managing communication with government authorities regarding product licensing and registration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Food Science, Health Sciences, or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, especially in the food and beverage industry.
• Understanding of regulations related to the import of food and beverage products in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate work effectively.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage product quality and safety.
• Certification or training related to regulations is a plus.
