We are now looking for a position as a Relations & Communications Senior Manager areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Willing to be placed in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Corporate Communication position, in which 8 years in a leadership position, preferably from LNG or Oil & Gas Industry
- Have the ability to employ various communication and relationship management strategy to maintain the balance especially local stakeholders including local leaders, local government, NGO, LSM, etc.
- Have the ability to always update and resourceful to overcome the challenges of various layers of bureauscracy and interpretation of law
- Have the ability to maintain good relationship with national and foreign media to prevent media related crisis
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and control the development of plans and programs for communication, corporate social responsibility, government and community & institutional relation management activities according to established corporate guidelines and business needs to ensure all programs are implemented effectively to achieve the targeted communication and relation result.
- Manage, monitor and control availability of communication and relations standard
- Manage, monitor and control good corporate image and relationship with external parties
- Intended communication to external parties is well understood
- Manage, monitor and control effective implementation of corporate events
- Manage, monitor and controk effective CSR & Sustainability programs according target and handling internal communication materials according to corporate guidelines
