Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager at PT. Bank KB Bukopin Tbk located in Samarinda, with flexibility for some remote work. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of business customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored banking solutions. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners, as well as analyzing and monitoring customer's financial performance and credit risk.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of banking and financial services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and credit reports
• Experience in sales, business development or relationship management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include a Master's degree or certification in Banking or Finance.
