Reliability Coordinator (Plant - Maintenance)
Develop the reliability strategy of the plant machinery, responsible for root cause analysis, 5W of the main maintenance failures in the plant machinery, review of preventive maintenance plans in the system, ensuring that each plant equipment have the correct plans to execute, verify that major maintenance has the correct spare parts, creation and modification of the FMEA of each plant equipment, this to define the strategy to be executed in each plant equipment.
Responsible for maintenance planning and execution KPIs.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop the reliability strategy of the plant machinery, reviewing the tub curve, types of maintenance to be performed, review of the spare parts warehouse and the spare parts and stock reduction strategy.
- Responsible for the execution of maintenance chapters, compliance with preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, implementation of chapters for reducing bankruptcies due to maintenance and critical spare parts in the spare parts warehouse.
- Comply with quality assurance programs as well as all the company s quality standards. Comply the guidelines and quality politics like QRMP, GOP, Uniforms, VCP, cleaning.
Ensure the food safety. Report any incident that represent safety or quality risk in the productive process.
Review the spend of corrective vs preventive maintenance.
Knowledge & Experience
- Education : University Maintenance, Electromechanical, Electric, Electronic engineering, grade Bachelor.
- 1-2 experience years in maintenance systems
- Language : Spanish / English
