Relocation Consultant

Objective: To be the point of accountability for the relocating transferee and our clients, as well as our internal stakeholders, and to ensure a smooth and seamless relocation for the transferee and family. The Relocation Consultant is the individual solely responsible and accountable as the program manager for the transferee’s file.

Responsibilities: In-house role with responsibilities as the program manager to include: 

Forward thinking - proposing options and solutions at all times to internal and external stakeholders. The Relocation Consultant shall be responsible for the coordination of relocation activities involved in an international assignment program for corporate clients, and acting as the main point of contact for HR staff and assignees. The candidate will oversee the entire relocation process, liaising with assignees, field consultants and HR to deliver authorized scope of Destination Services, including orientation, school search, home search, settling-in, departure services, immigration services etc, and relevant periodic reports of such schedules. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· A strong customer/client focus with proven customer service skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Good listening and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and proactive

· Good time-management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills 

· Experience living abroad is preferred

· Background in global mobility, real estate, customer services and human resource is preferred.

· Fluent in English and a definite advantage if good at other languages

· Good with IT applications e.g. Microsoft Office and related platforms
