Removal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Material Usage daily
• Create Material Request Form & Car Request Form if needed
• Create a Monthly Report on Material Usage
• Create Monthly Sales Report
• Create a Local Moving Invoice
• Prepare Office Moving (Project)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Export-Import Major or related fields
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in English & Japanese is a must
• Have1 - 3 years experience in related fields
• Excellent in computer skills (Word, Excel, and E-Mail)
• Great personality and communication skills
• A team player who is energetic, enthusiastic, and initiative
• Have experience in freight forwarding company or Japanese company is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java
