Lecturer Research Operation :
- Coordinate administration / operational activities with internal and external parties involved for all programs related to research activities
- Maintain and upload research data
- Keep track of database of contacts and communications for External Grant and proposal activities
- Maintain research database of both internal and external research grant
- Conduct and maintain networking process related to research activities (e.g. getting contacts, sending letters and info, communicate research procedure and process)
- Arrange and review research activities data for various discussion / meeting
- Support all academic departments for the operational process of research activities
- Arrange and organize various event related to research activities
Research Publication Process :
- Prepare, rewrite and edit copy to improve material readability
- Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation and syntax
- Plan the contents of publications according to the publication's style, editorial policy and publishing requirements
- Read, evaluate and edit manuscripts or other materials submitted for publication.
- Discuss with authors regarding changes in content, style / arrangement or publication
- Arrange and handle copyright permissions process
- Read material to determine index items and provide proper arrangement
based on alphabet / topic / indicating page / chapter location)
Oversee publication production to ensure meeting the deadlines
Student Research Awareness :
- Promote awareness and information about the importance and benefits of
- Student Research or Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) to students
- Assist in promoting the awareness of Research / PKM to students throughout BINUS @Malang Campus by direct and indirect measure
Student Research Administration :
- Collaborate with academic departments and / or external institutions in regards to technical procedure in PKM
- Administer PKM according to valid regulations and guidelines
- Propose procedural and technical guidelines of PKM to Direct Supervisor
- Assist Faculty Member to prepare research collaboration with students
Administration Process Enhancement :
- Administer all documentation and report with effective access and high accountability
- Provide regular report to the Direct Supervisor using standardized form
- Propose required support, guidelines and procedural standard for relevant users
- Provide and administer hands-on support in forms of briefings or workshops as requested by internal and external stakeholder
Management Support Activities :
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure / Experience :
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Special Skill :
- Adequate communication skills
- Familiar with research procedures
- Knowledge and skills in research procedures, preferably in Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa
- Knowledge in Corporate Social Responsibility program activities
