RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

GENERAL JOB FUNCTION :

• Accountable for product research and development
• Implement new product development with related depts. at the beginning until hand-over to production.
• Together with the relative person or/& department internally to perform product research as planned such as specification, deadline, cost, budget, etc.
• Perform engineering product and improvement in case
• Support related department issues regarding product engineering and specification, and technical improvement.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :

• 4 years experience in product development in the woodworking industry
• College degree, majoring in Technical field, woodworking vocational
• Solid experience in wooden furniture construction
• Understand wood furniture production process
• Strong leadership skills
• Computer literate, MS Office and AutoCAD
• Strong and efficient communication with colleagues, subordinates and superiors
• Hands-on and customer-oriented
• Preferably fluent in English
