Reservation Support

Job Description

• Handle enquiries concerning reservations and ensure that all enquiries are replied within 24 hours.
• Giving recommendations for alternative hotels/villas to our customers.
• Checking availability, follow up confirmation, amendments or cancellation.
• Coordinate with all business partners such as hotels, villas, suppliers to make reservations according to the clients requirement.
• Input reservation data and ensure that all data is accurately entered on the reservation report/system.
• Follow up pre-payment or deposit for all reservations received.

Requirements

• Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
• Min. 1 year experience at the same position in the hotel/travel industry.

• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per bulan
